    Champagne Bollinger RD (Recently Disgorged) is a special vintage, aged on yeast after secondary fermentation to develop outstanding complexity. The wine is mainly from Pinot Noir grapes (combined with a little Chardonnay) giving it a thick structure, persistent finish and rich aromas.
