Nho được thu hoạch từ thửa vườn Premier Cru danh giá Les Hauts-Doix, nằm gần ranh giới với vùng Mazoyères-Chambertin. Nhà Groffier sử dụng kỹ thuật lên men cả chùm (whole-bunch) cùng 35–40% gỗ sồi mới, làm nổi bật phong cách “whole bunch” cùng cấu trúc tinh tế đặc trưng của Chambolle-Musigny. Một chai Pinot Noir có kết cấu hài hòa, tannin mềm mại và tiềm năng lão hóa hơn 10 năm.
