Crafted by Cyprien Arlaud, this Nuits-Saint-Georges is a masterfully integrated blend from three prime climats located in the northern sector of the village: Chouillet, Charmottes, and Argillats. Reflecting the rich history of a city that lends its name to the entire Côte de Nuits, this wine is produced with meticulous attention to detail. From manual de-leafing and gravity-fed intake to spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts and a gentle 14 - 18 month aging process in low-percentage new oak, every step ensures purity. Bottled unfined and unfiltered according to lunar cycles, it is a vibrant, deeply authentic expression of Pinot Noir. This sophisticated and elegant red, defined by classic Nuits-Saint-Georges depth, refined structure, and a lingering, soulful finish.
