Our Les Jalets comes from vineyards located on the terraces of Les Chassis. Deep purple-red in color, this organically grown wine is powerful and fruity. Flavors of cherry, blueberry, fresh black fruits, and delicate notes from aging. With a slightly more tannic palate, this wine has good aging potential. Slight roasted notes from aging on the finish.
