Domaine de Thalabert, a Paul Jaboulet Aîné property since 1834, is the oldest vineyard in the Appellation. The Crozes Hermitage vineyard is the largest of the northern Appellations. The vineyard stretches across 11 communes located in Drôme, on the left bank of the Rhône river. Bright ruby red color. Aromas of red fruits, some spicy and floral notes. The palate is fresh and persistent with soft tannins leading to a finish.
