Product Information
Originating from the Beauroy climat, near the village of Beine and the lake, with Kimmeridgian geology rich in Exogyra virgula fossil oysters, imparting the characteristic minerality of Chablis. The wine is aged in small steel tanks combined with a portion of 3-year-old oak barrels, creating a harmonious balance between freshness and depth. Quite accessible even when young, but ideally enjoyed after 2 years of bottle aging. Can be stored for 7–8 years to develop further complexity. Pairs well with grilled oysters, scampi, fish in cream sauce, white meats (poultry, veal with mushrooms), or Burgundy cheeses such as Chaource and Époisses.
